Every company and blogger knows that getting users to sign up for your blog updates is an ongoing battle. In order to get people to want to signup for your blog you need two things. The first is interesting and useful content. Without this, you are dead in the water and all the plugins and themes on the internet will not save you. Once you have the content for the job, you need to make it very easy for people to sign up and you need to be persistent about persuading them to do so. What this week’s plugin will demonstrate is how to get new visitors to your site to sign up for your blog updates by having a small message appear above your blog posts the first 5 times they view your site. After that, the message will stop appearing on their screens. This is a great way to get more signups and if they do sign up, you have a much better chance at getting them back on your blog again. In this week’s wordpress tutorial, I will demonstrate how to get more blog subscribers with the What Would Seth Godin Do WordPress plugin.
