Gluten Free Cafe Gets an Upgraded Website.
What We Did
- WordPress development for simple content management
- Design customized to match existing branding
- Fully mobile responsive
- Integrated full menu for easy scanning by customers
Twist Bakery tasked us to create an engaging restaurant website that would highlight both of their locations as well as showcase the wonderful food photos that they produced.
Our approach was first to make sure the site was very easy to use so that their busy customers can easily find what they need and second to ensure the design was as high of quality looking as it’s actual food.
The results and feedback since the site has launch have confirmed we reached that goal!
Beautifully presented across all responsive devices
Twist Bakery's Story.
“We handcraft crave-able food.
Our name expresses the surprise guests experience when they realize everything we offer is actually created in a bakery not only with an extensive No-No List, but also free from all gluten, peanuts, tree nuts and soy (except for coconut and soy lecithin). And yes, most of our items are also free from dairy. We have proudly maintained the exceptional taste, texture, and flavor you would expect. Our recipes are handed down from our family to yours, and twisted to meet our shared modern preferences.”
Offline graphics can be difficult to convert into a mobile friendly website element.
For Twist, their philosophy is very important and we were able to create a custom, mobile responsive element to showcase what their customers can expect from their experience with them.
Web Design Tip: Use Scrolling Elements to Maximize Mobile Responsiveness.
Twist Bakery and Cafe knew that many of their customers would be viewing their website from their phones. For that reason, it was important that their website was mobile responsive. Today, making a website mobile responsive is a web design best practice that should be a given when hiring a web design company. We not only made Twist Bakery and Cafe’s website responsive across all devices, but we also included scrolling elements for the images so users could scroll through them like a carousel. This feature can improve the overall user experience on mobile and ultimately lead to more conversions. Learn more on how to make your website mobile responsive by reading our blog!
