Donato began Compete Now in 2009 to help businesses succeed by providing them with modern websites focused on meeting their goals.

As the president of Compete Now, Donato leads the company’s website and marketing projects. He brings over fifteen years of entrepreneurship, website design, website maintenance and marketing experience to the table as he hears clients’ needs and strategizes effective, creative solutions.

In his spare time, Donato enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and dogs. You can also find him playing hockey, watching Boston sports and grilling.

Garrett brings over 10 years of WordPress experience to the team, which includes work in accessibility, design, SEO and website maintenance and security. He is also experienced in other website builders such as Shopify, Squarespace and Wix, along with tools such as Google Analytics.

He customizes each project to suit the client’s needs and is focused on providing a personalized result for each client to meet their goals and maximize the return of their new website. Garrett is always learning about new tools to incorporate into websites to continue producing results that are innovative and modern.

Garrett is an avid sports fan and roots for all of the Boston sports teams. He enjoys watching football and hockey, playing golf and hockey, hiking, visiting breweries and wineries and spending time with his wife, dog and cat.

Patrick has 15 years of graphic and website design experience. This includes extensive WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and Photoshop skills. With a keen eye for design and layout and strong client relation skills, he enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, offroading, camping, or fishing. He also likes playing video games and loves spending time with his family.

With over 15 years of WordPress experience, Mary designs, develops and maintains clients’ websites. She is a true problem solver — whatever clients request their website do, she finds an answer. But Mary’s talents don’t stop at web development. Her roots are in print design, marketing and advertising. She’s also well-rounded in SEO, social media and digital marketing, and can make them all operate in concert.

Between serving our clients’ web wishes and dreams, Mary is an enthusiastic adventure-seeker, music-listener, and lover of the great outdoors. She is passionate about her faith and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.

Madhvi develops custom WordPress websites including the Enfold theme. She also develops non-WordPress websites such as HTML and CSS sites. In addition, Mahvi helps clients maintain their websites.

When she is not working, Madhvi enjoys walking around beaches and lakes and watching movies.

Mike develops and maintains clients’ websites. This involves fulfilling clients’ requests to update website information or designs. It also involves making the necessary updates to keep websites safe, secure and running smoothly. He is always happy to work with clients to help them figure out how they would like their websites to look.

When he is not working, you can find Mike enjoying live music, taking vintage photography with his Polaroid cameras, playing the bass guitar, or cruising around in his 1992 Chevy Astro van.

Ji is an award-winning visual communication designer with over 17 years of experience in interactive and print design. A master in all areas of visual design including websites, animation, illustration, PowerPoint, logos and collateral, Ji is a rare talent whose technical facility matches copious artistic talent. Prior to RainCastle, Ji worked as a freelance graphic designer for a diverse array of businesses and organizations, including Harvard University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and RSA, The Security Division of EMC.

Erich has over 15 years of experience developing, building, managing, securing, hosting, and maintaining interactive websites ranging from blogs, branding sites, to product catalogs and ecommerce solutions. Erich has worked within the Financial, Banking, Education, Manufacturing, Political, Food, Legal and Non-Profit spaces.

Erich provides innovative problem solving, quality code, fully responsive themes, on page and technical SEO, site optimization, hosting & security solutions.

When he is not working, Erich spends time with his family, going on hikes, runs, reading, watching movies, or relaxing with some video games.

Fiona helps manage incoming requests from clients and delegates the responsibilities to the appropriate team member to bring the client’s idea to reality. Her other roles lie in SEO content, email marketing, and social media management. 

In her free time, you can find Fiona spending time outside (especially paddleboarding in the summer), at her local brewery, shopping at small business markets, or petting any dog she sees!

Carla listens to and understands client requests to ensure that the team efficiently and accurately delivers what the customer has in mind, while managing project timelines. She also helps clients grow their businesses through SEO, pay-per-click and email marketing.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, running and walking with her dog.

As Director of Client Service, Jill effectively directs our B2B client engagements ensuring a strategic focus on website design and development, search engine optimization, lead generation, and branding. Jill leads RainCastle’s project management to ensure that all client work meets our high standards for strategy, creative direction, development, measurement, and site optimization planning. The result is exceptional work that meets our clients’ marketing objectives and their customer or prospects needs.
Jill’s expertise in client service, website development and Internet marketing was gained from both agency and client side experience. Prior to RainCastle, Jill was the Director of Marketing at Familyeducation.com where she developed visitor acquisition and retention marketing programs to build that business into one of the most visited parenting sites on the Internet. She began her Internet work with Digitas as an account manager where she was responsible for a variety of B2C accounts.
