Donato Dandreo is the President and Founder of Compete Now and a website strategy and digital marketing expert with more than 15 years of experience helping businesses and organizations improve how they present themselves and generate opportunities online. He specializes in creating strategic, conversion-focused websites that combine strong messaging, intuitive user experience, SEO, and digital marketing best practices to help organizations stand out in competitive markets.

An entrepreneur at heart, Donato grew up in a family of small business owners in the trades, giving him an early appreciation for the challenges of running and growing a business. That perspective continues to shape his approach today. He is dedicated to being a practical, trusted partner to business owners, CEOs, marketing professionals, and internal teams, providing straightforward guidance and solutions that are grounded in real business goals, not unnecessary complexity.

I am a Senior Web Developer with 15 years of experience at Compete Now, specializing in WordPress website development. I also have experience in accessibility, design, SEO, e-commerce, analytics and tracking, as well as platforms including Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix.

My favorite part of the job is watching a website grow from an initial idea into a finished product through strategy, wireframing, design, development, quality assurance, and launch. I also enjoy building strong relationships with our clients, growing alongside them, and continuing to support them as their needs evolve.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, refinishing furniture, tackling projects around the house, and visiting local breweries. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids, along with our dog and cat.

Hi, I’m Natasha Dandreo, the Financial and HR Operations Manager at Compete Now. I’ve been part of the organization since its early days, and it has been incredibly rewarding to grow alongside the team. In 2023, I joined full-time, allowing me to take on an even greater role in supporting our people and operations.

I oversee our financial and HR operations, ensuring everything from billing and accounting to internal processes runs smoothly and efficiently. I enjoy creating organized systems, solving challenges behind the scenes, and helping our team feel supported so they can focus on what they do best. Building a positive workplace where employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two children. We love exploring the outdoors, whether it’s hiking scenic trails, swimming, or discovering new adventures together. Family time is incredibly important to me, and I enjoy finding opportunities to create lasting memories while embracing new experiences.

Dani is a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and content strategy at Compete Now. With over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, she enjoys helping clients improve their online visibility. Outside of work, they love reading, traveling, and voice acting.

Patrick has 15 years of graphic and website design experience. This includes extensive WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and Photoshop skills. With a keen eye for design and layout and strong client relation skills, he enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, offroading, camping, or fishing. He also likes playing video games and loves spending time with his family.

As Digital Marketing Manager at Compete Now, Bryanna leads client accounts and relationships while overseeing the strategy and implementation of digital marketing initiatives across a diverse range of industries. With more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and digital marketing, she works closely with clients to understand their goals, develop thoughtful strategies, and ensure projects are carried through from planning to execution.

Bryanna’s experience spans healthcare, nonprofit organizations, startups, biotech, and other industries, with expertise in SEO, digital advertising, social media, content strategy, and overall digital presence. She enjoys bringing together big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution to help clients strengthen their brands, reach the right audiences, and achieve meaningful results.

Outside of work, she enjoys attending local events, listening to country music, spending time with her family and her dog, Willow.

I’m Mary Heichel, and I joined the Compete Now team three years ago as a Senior Graphic & Web Designer. With nearly 20 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, I enjoy working with clients to find practical, effective solutions that help achieve their goals. My background in print design, marketing, and advertising, combined with expertise in SEO, social media, and digital marketing, allows me to create cohesive digital experiences that are both beautiful and functional. Beyond my work, faith, family, and making meaningful connections are at the heart of what matters most to me.

Madhvi serves as a Web Developer at Compete Now, bringing more than 10 years of industry experience to the team, including 4+ years with the company. Specializing in mobile-friendly, custom WordPress sites, the focus is always on turning unique design concepts into highly responsive, high-performing digital experiences. What truly drives me every day is the variety of my work, as I love the process of developing uniquely designed websites that match each client’s specific vision. When I am off the clock, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

Mike is one of the talented Web Designers at Compete Now. He develops and maintains clients’ websites. This involves fulfilling clients’ requests to update website information or designs. It also involves making the necessary updates to keep websites safe, secure and running smoothly. Whether it’s refreshing website designs, updating content, or collaborating with clients on their vision, Mike is always ready to help bring ideas to life online. Outside of work, Mike enjoys live music, vintage photography with his Polaroid cameras, playing bass guitar, and cruising around in his classic 1992 Chevy Astro van.

Ji is an award-winning visual communication designer with over 17 years of experience in interactive and print design. A master in all areas of visual design including websites, animation, illustration, PowerPoint, logos and collateral, Ji is a rare talent whose technical facility matches copious artistic talent. Prior to RainCastle, Ji worked as a freelance graphic designer for a diverse array of businesses and organizations, including Harvard University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and RSA, The Security Division of EMC.

Erich has over 17 years of experience developing, building, managing, securing, hosting, and maintaining interactive websites ranging from blogs and branding sites to product catalogs and ecommerce solutions. He has worked within the Financial, Banking, Education, Manufacturing, Political, Food, Legal, and Non-Profit spaces.

Erich specializes in custom WordPress development, including responsive themes, custom plugins, API development, third-party integrations, site migrations, performance optimization, technical SEO, hosting, security, and long-term website maintenance.

He provides practical problem solving, quality code, scalable web architecture, and secure, maintainable solutions that help organizations improve their websites, workflows, and digital operations.

When he is not working, Erich spends time with his family, going on hikes, runs, reading, watching movies, or relaxing with some video games.

Hi, I’m Fiona, a Digital Marketing Associate at Compete Now, where I’ve been helping clients grow their online presence since 2022. While I primarily focus on SEO content writing, I especially enjoy website content integration projects because they allow me to build and expand my web design skills.

One of my favorite parts of digital marketing is that there’s always something new to learn, especially as SEO continues to evolve alongside AI and emerging technologies. I love taking on new challenges that help me grow both creatively and technically.

Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring breweries, traveling around New England, knitting, or spending time outdoors.

Stacey has over 10 years of experience building and maintaining websites on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. Her background spans web design, ecommerce, theme customization, and technical troubleshooting, along with IT support experience, making her a natural problem solver. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals and bring their vision to life with websites that are both beautiful and functional.

When she’s not working on websites, Stacey enjoys spending time with her three sons and curling up with her cat and a good book.

I’ve spent more than 15 years helping organizations build stronger brands and connect with the right audiences through strategic marketing. My expertise includes content marketing, SEO, digital advertising, email marketing, go-to-market strategy, and marketing analytics. I enjoy finding practical, data-driven ways to help businesses grow.

I’ve been with Compete Now since 2026, and my favorite part of the job is partnering with a variety of clients and developing marketing strategies that make a measurable impact. I love combining creativity with analytics to solve problems and uncover new opportunities for growth.

As Director of Client Service, Jill effectively directs our B2B client engagements ensuring a strategic focus on website design and development, search engine optimization, lead generation, and branding. Jill leads RainCastle’s project management to ensure that all client work meets our high standards for strategy, creative direction, development, measurement, and site optimization planning. The result is exceptional work that meets our clients’ marketing objectives and their customer or prospects needs.
Jill’s expertise in client service, website development and Internet marketing was gained from both agency and client side experience. Prior to RainCastle, Jill was the Director of Marketing at Familyeducation.com where she developed visitor acquisition and retention marketing programs to build that business into one of the most visited parenting sites on the Internet. She began her Internet work with Digitas as an account manager where she was responsible for a variety of B2C accounts.
