Benefits of Website Support & Optimization Plans

Ongoing Support

Organizations and businesses that are actively adding new content to their website can benefit by having our team assist with making changes, sizing images and writing content. We are also available to help with graphic design projects to assist your marketing campaigns! We also have scheduled calls to discuss areas of improvement for the website and upcoming changes.

Website Upgrades

Websites are constantly evolving with new functionality, designs and layouts. An ongoing website optimization plan proactively looks for areas of improvement on the website whether the changes are content or design related. We use heatmapping and survey tools on the website to identify hotspots and key content to make the website as easy as possible to browse. Additional changes and improvements come from our scheduled calls to discuss new features, content and updates to align with the goals of the business or organization.

Maintenance & Hosting

Included with our support plans is a managed hosting plan. Our managed WordPress hosting plans include routine technical tasks such as plugin updates, WordPress updates, uptime monitoring, malware scanning, spam protection and more! This keeps your website protected and functioning properly.

The LACC office recommended a couple of web designers and we chose Donato. It was awesome to meet a such a creative professional who was able to quickly, efficiently and cost effectively work with what we had already started. The support with the website after it was “live” has been great also.
