Background
Putnam Pantry previously had an out of date Wix website which was clunky and difficult to use for both visitors and the owners and did not sufficiently highlight the three sides of the business which are the candy store, ice cream shop and the newly added cafe.
We successfully re-designed this new website in Danvers, MA with WordPress to make managing informational pages simple and for the e-commerce, we integrated Shopify for the best cart and checkout process available to help boost orders and make fulfillment simple and easy.

About Putnam Pantry .
It was in 1951 that 10th generation members of the Putnam family converted an old shoe factory building on their property into a spotless candy kitchen on busy Route One, midway between Boston and Newburyport. From a modest beginning, they have grown to a staff of over 30. Putnam Pantry has won national recognition as one of the outstanding candy stores in the country.

SHOPIFY
Shopify Lite.
For the version 1.0 of the online store, we have integrated Shopify lite.
This allows for showing the catalog of products within a WordPress page on the website for simple and easy ordering.
As you can see on the screenshot, the product loads on the page as a light-box will the details and add to cart button. You can then complete the ordering process very quickly through a subsequent pop up cart window.
This method has proven to be even easier to than most Woocommerce carts we have seen which will help generate more sales for Putnam Pantry online.
